THE FACILITIES

We have four distinct training zones:

  • Boxing: 20’x20’ competition boxing ring with various bags

  • Cardio: treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowing machines

  • Functional: synthetic grass turf, battle ropes, tire, and sled

  • Weights: dumbbells, kettlebells, power racks, and benches
